Lando you've seen the graphs and data now for the homicide rate in Australia. You've acknowledged that there is a pre-existing trend downward already. You believe that the buyback has accelerated that trend - Fine.
But its not exactly a reverse hockey stick is it? It's not like murders fall off a cliff? We're here debating if there was any impact at all. Hell, right after the buyback there is actually a spike in murders.
and this is the "best-pratice" overwhelming evidence everyone refers to. UK is the same story btw.
