given 6 months to prepare, how many people can you kill, and what changes to the laws would have an effect on your ability to kill
Canada has a lot tougher gun laws than the US, it would be a dream for the US to get where we are, but you can buy an SKS and some 20, 30, or 100 round mags pinned to 5 rounds, un-pin them and then you have a semi-auto "assault rifle". you can get handguns with a little more work/licensing.
i dont think there are any law changes that could come around in the US or canada that would prevent an un-monitored person from planning a mass shooting, but there is lots of room for improvement in mental health + restricting gun access to unstable people.
i dont know what side of gun control i am on, i just dont see it as the correct approach 100% of the time and the real improvements can be made elsewhere |
