I didn't think they could track through private... when I was using public sites like TPB and Iso I was getting letters from my ISP daily - any HBO show it was an automatic letter and same with several others. Since using the private sites I haven't received one at all in the past 3 years or so. Must be much more difficult for them.
And yes, much faster and the shows come out almost instantly after it airs, or in some cases before it airs here.
