I spent a few years hitchhiking around Western Canada, working on orchards with French Hippies and Aussies... Unforgettable times there meeting new people and living free. I think travelling and meeting new people, making those bonds expands the mind and you can't get an experience truly like that when you bring other people around you have a past with. You're not truly being yourself even if you think you are.
