Yeah, I agree that his intent was to hit the ref. I just mean that his initial stride towards the bench - he wasn't lining him up at first. When he say the ref, he absolutely lined him up and nailed him out of the way.
I also agree that 20 games isn't enough and that PED's hold a much higher penalty and that's not right. A hit from behind like that on a person that's wearing base protective equipment could be extremely dangerous.
