I watched an interview with his lawyers last week where they addressed that and why it didn't matter. His first call was to the office looking for her. If you are going to stalk her and *69 subsequent calls why would you leave a trail by calling the office first? I mean, this guy is a criminal mastermind after all, he managed to slit her throat in his trash heap of a trailer/garage and leave no physical evidence.
*69 someone you hired to do something for you when you are expecting them to show up isn't any sort of intent.
