Subject: RE: Making a Murderer (spoilers)

I mean, so much of the 'left out evidence' doesn't really mean anything

"-- Halbach had complained to her boss that she didn't want to go out to Avery's trailer anymore, because once when she came out, Avery was waiting for her wearing only a towel (this was excluded for being too inflammatory). Avery clearly had an obsession with Halbach. "

You can tell he is the classiest of individuals, just because hes wearing a towel doesn't automatically mean hes obsessed with her

"-- On the day that Halbach went missing, Avery had called her three times, twice from a *67 number to hide his identity. "

But he called the office for her first showing he was trying to get a hold of her.

"-- The bullet with Halbach's DNA on it came from Avery's gun, which always hung above his bed.
Mouse over video for audio "

They can plant a key and blood but 8 unmonitored days on the property and the police can't plant some of her DNA on a bullet they found in the garage on the umpteeth search or whatever it was a few months later? bullet with her DNA is useless, there'd have to be some friggin blood somewhere if she was shot in his garage

'-- Avery had purchased handcuffs and leg irons like the ones Dassey described holding Halbach only three weeks before (Avery said he's purchased them for use with his girlfriend, Jodi, with whom he'd had a tumultuous relationship -- at one point, he was ordered by police to stay away from her for three days).'

No marks on his bed anywhere where she was supposedly chained up? highly unlikely.

Like GOD said above, dude wasn't smart he couldn't have cleaned up every bit of DNA evidence in the house and IF he was that smart was was he so goddamned stupid to leave the RAV4 with his blood in it poorly hidden on his property? Shit doesn't add up

Also the body wasn't burnt on the property, if he is this mastermind of a criminal why would he burn it elsewhere and bring some of the remains back to his property?

So much doesn't make sense, still not sure hes innocent but completely sure the police were not playing by the rules and his nephew got screwed.
