If you seek out horror stories you will find a few that are completely blown out of proportion. The statistics are out there and very precise, it's less than 1% ... you statistically have a better chance of getting killed in a car crash on the way to the clinic then you do having permanent complications.
One of the best decisions I've made. Just being able to wear sunglasses is worth it. I've already saved more money by not purchasing new glasses, lenses etc., I have minimal night vision issues, hardly noticeable.
The positives massively outweigh any negatives - it's a great thing and new technology has made it even better since I've had my eyes done. There's no question, just go for it if you're considering it.
