Betrayal is awesome, and rarely the same, probably the best bang for buck.
Cash n' Guns is nice and quick, and very easy
Catan of course, is awesome.

Edo is great too and not too long.
IF you/your group can handle the heavy stuff, Twilight Imperium is a LOT of fun, but your first game will take 8+ hours. Subsequent games are 6 hours ish. This is a high strategy game.
