1) Rey was born in the same way that Anakin was, with no father. This is the reason she is drawn to Anakin's lightsaber. Everyone is thinking she's Luke's daughter, but remember it's not just his lightsaber. Her mother left her on the planet and traveled to the new Jedi order, led by Luke, to discuss her daughter and was caught up in Kylo's rebellion and killed.
How do yo uknow any of this ? Is this all guessing ? I really doubt they want to bring up anything to do with the prequels, including the whole "had no father" type of deal because to be honest its just dumb.
We know nothing about who left Ray on the planet, let alone if it was her mother, who you then say went to talk to Luke and got caught up in the Rebellion. Are you just guessing or have you read it somewhere ? I don't understand what you mean by "its not just his lightsaber", the fanboys seem to be pretty damn sure that its the one that got cut off by Vader in Empire, and that it was Vaders, and then Lukes and now passed on to Ray.
