Also, if you have any interest in cooking, I recently learned about this really cool half-day cooking class you can take that lets you make 4 different dishes in a row and really expands your asian food cooking knowledge. I havent done this but my GF and I will do this (monday or friday class, tom kha gai for life) when we are doing Thailand during most of next April:
