The compression or 1080p vs dithered 4k compression looking better makes sense.
I don't think raw 1080P would look worse worse than raw 4k downscaled on 1080P. It might look different due to the downscale maybe, but I'd think that would make it look fuzzier or something.
I'd go find some raw 4k & 1080p but I don't even have any bandwidth left for this month though...fuck america broadband, we're not ready for this 4k wave of awesome.
