yeah i looked that up too niall as it didn't ring true. I think it refers to columbine, virginia tech and sandy hook and I think the cut-off point would have to be "more than 10 deaths". There are a few more where exactly 10 died so you couldn't even say "10 or more" and so I think most people would agree "more than 10" is too high a cutoff.
