Secondly, _you_ quite clearly stated that ONLY a legislative solution was possible, and I am simply disagreeing with you. The choice isn't 'kumbaya or legislation'. I can accuse you of taking a 'kumbaya' approach just as easily - as for some reason you expect cold blooded murderers to be thwarted by a law restricting access to a readily-available good.
