Lowering my rating to a 8.0 due to the game world not feeling as genuine and filled as New Vegas. New Vegas was pinnacle for me in terms of interest with what was going on around me. F4 feels much more desolate, and I don't care how much more "Fallout-ish" that makes it on paper - I want substance.
It's still fun as fuck though. But stay tuned for more lowering. And potential Raising.
The pros of the game are PROS.
