I too was upset, but did not cry. I read the news often enough to see that stuff like this happens fairly regularly in other parts of the world - in April 147 (mostly students) were killed by terrorists. I didn't see any "Pray for Kenya" posts or statuses... that's what doesn't make sense to me.

I'm not trying to take away anything from what happened in Paris. It's despicable and it angers and frustrates to no end - but it's the world that's in trouble, not just where white people live.
