Subject: Corporate Wireless gear

Hey guys, I work for a wireless consulting company. Been there 8 years now doing wireless CAD designs, outdoor links (1-10 miles), military bases, etc.

We had a bunch of extra Ruckus gear when my boss moved to Hawaii and he gave me the storage unit stuff to clear out. I still have some left on Craigslist, but it's not the best place to market that stuff. I know you guys know your shit and Creedo can vouch for what I do.

Here is a few links and I can answer questions here. If any of you have ever used or heard of Ruckus, you know their beam steering is the shit and that Ciscos isn't even real. Ruckus has the patent on it with their 17 elements (number depends on model). I only have 802.11 g ones left, but they still kick ass for coverage. Consumer grade stuff just creates range by upping the transmit power. Looks good on paper, but creates the 'unbalanced power affect'. Basically the AP is yellow through a bullhorn while you're try to yell back without one (your mobile device). Ruckus does with with antenna arrays. If you know about wireless you know you can send and receive with big antenna, but only send with high power. Also their array eliminates the increased noise by beam steering (in case you were just going to mention that.) Also have one end of a bridge link, but the link is pretty kick ass if you can pickup the other end.

Let me know

And a 900mhz link. Low throughput (around 1.5mbps) but kick ass penetration. Try shooting a low res camera 1/2 mile through a forest. Yeah.
