this is the unedited bodycam version from the cop
1)justification for the pull over was the guy flashed his highbeams at the cop car. the cop car was brand new and the cop was flashed the same way a few times that night before this stop, and let everyone go without any tickets. it was basically a reason to do stop + checks which cops love to do.
2) after the taser is shot (and fails to work) at the end of the video it is possible to make out in slow motion that the 17 year old got up and charged at the cop.
