I said to the doctor, 'But I'm not hyperactive, so I am just ADD.'
He said 'most adults learn to control the outer hyperactivity. But they can remain very hyperactive internally.'
'Oh' I said, 'Like when I'm standing in line and the old lady at the till is digging for pennies. Outside I am calm and cool, but inside I am having a hissy fit and yelling obscenities at her. picturing my self throwing pennies at her. But still calm and cool on the outside.'
Doc said, 'ya, something like that.'
Now the pills make me dead inside. I am a robot going through the motions waiting to die.
I only get mad when I find my hash pipe empty cause the wife smoked my bowl and didn't fill it back up.
