Check the amount of RAM you're allocating to Java in the Technic Launcher....
Launcher options (top right) Java Settings.
Make sure it's 64-bit and Memory is whatever you can comfortably spare (mine is 12GB and it doesn't seem to client lag), and make sure you didn't set your shit inside MC to be omgwtfbbq like chunks loaded and stuff in advanced settings
