Yes, I did make mention of a tool that manipulates DLL's. But, I did not say how to get it. How to use it. How to recompile. What it is is called. Tons of variables are left open.
Just because I own a gun does that mean I will kill with it?
You know what Uranium is but do you know where to get it?
You know who Osama is but do you know where to find him?

Knowledge of something's existence does not equal the ability to exploit it.
Just because I point out a weakness in a defense does that mean that someone can bypass it? Or does that mean that the defense can be strengthened and/or changed before it is bypassed?
