Create a shortcut to radiant.exe
Right-click the shortcut and choose Properties
Edit the Target field to:
C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe /C start "" /affinity 1 "C:\Path\To\radiant.exe"
Click the Advanced button. In the next window, click Run as Administrator (otherwise, the affinity settings are net set).
