My burner is working fine but I got 2 questions..
First of all, I got this burner (plextor 24x), so now I have 2 cdroms... BUT, I cant hook both of them up at the same time. The cdrom IDE Cable does have "cd1" and "cd2" hookups on it, like one plug-in end next to each other, but when i hook up both Burner and Reg-CDROM, it doesnt boot up with them both. In fact it cancels them both out, gives me junk ASCII chars at startup, and i cant access either in Windows. Am I just a newbie and doing something wrong? (thats most likely the case)
Also, I just bought a CD (music) and put it in my drive.. tried to play it in WMPlayer and it kinda worked, but the CDrom starting buzzing and going "MRRRRR" and just sounding horrible. Like, the CDROM drive itself that is. Seems to be the only CD that does this, wtf can I do to fix that? Im pretty sure its not a "bad copy" cause it works fine in my stereo...
