i think the "full charge" duration was much shorter in 3.3.. not sure how long it was... prob around 1.5 seconds? it was nerfed big time in the next version. i might have done more damage too... i also believe it didn't have any UI indicators if you had a full charge, you just had to guess... but that's not a big deal.. the balance was pretty good IMO...
the holding down the mouse stuff was reversible with macros in either version i believe.
