Just find a barn and sprint into it. There are always some sort of weapon inside.... dont worry about aggro.. just kite them to the barn. Arm up.. if they pursue up the stairs kill them. When its time to leave, and if you fired shot it most certainly is... sprint to the trees and lose them.
