Its happened in the Detroit Vancouver series, Boston and Montreal and Leafs Islanders. I think it started in Detroit but regardless it is disgusting on both ends.
On another note tho when the Jays played in Texas after the soldiers died they gave our boys a moment of silence which I thought was nice.
