i'd wouldn't rank king in the top 3.
XX, Tut and Rajiv (in no particular order) are easy the top 3. Till I see him engy in a match I'm not gonna comment, but based on what I've seen in the past he doesn't stack up to any of the OC, epi or $ engies.
