Full damage all around.
I have yet to be killed by one and I've fought a bunch at a time. People aren't torching up the place properly nor using decent awareness.
It's a hazard of the game. I've gotten damaged by em but never killed from the blast. I've seen items destroyed by them while the blocks come back... so I'm indifferent.
Want them not to damage buildings? put up a fence.
