You can be wherever you want, and you'll be able to get back and forth to/from old/new spawn as well as the NEW NEW Spawn-city via voxports easy enough.
Also, just so you are aware, if you hold ten feathers in your hand and right-click you will "wyvern's wing" to your /myspawn location. I am not 100% sure how to set that, I think it's either /myspawn or /setspawn, just make sure you don't have anything overhead when you wing... you'll smash into the ceiling otherwise.
This will mainly be for new users, congregation, trading, clan HQ type shit, etc... there will be airships, sailing ships, etc that will connect to different voxports around the world.
