Do you think this is something inherent in the Beta code? I have read of people running servers with 20+ people on lesser specs with no issues (so they say, anyhow).
If it is the capacity on the RAM side, then 8GB of 266mhz RAM (or whatever that D360 I have is packing) is still going to be faster than swapping to 7.2K RPM Sata II's... and that box does have 15k SCSI, as well as two RAID sets... should be able to throw a test build on it in a week or two.
Other options coming up soon as well... how about we cluster like 5 servers for it??
