This is a 64 bit texture pack. In order to work you have to run a PATCH exe that will take the texture pack and put it in the Minecraft JAR file.

Download the pack, make sure you update Minecraft and set it to Default textures and run the patch, point it to the pack and Bam...done. Next time you run MineCraft, it will be using the new pack
