heath on tools are now enforced like SP, so dropping of any healthed tool/item will no longer render it new. there is currently still a bug with it, where by dropping it, creates a dupe of it, but the dupe holds same health as the used item and progressively goes down with that item. once the item is gone, the dupe item appears new in the inventory but only has 1 use before going bye bye. stock up on diamonds!! your gonna need them!
