It seems like a long time ago..I got while I was still in Latvia!
Also, from the beginning, the card has complained that it doesn't receive enough power and so it gets scaled back (at least the dialog on bootup says so). I've even replaced the power supply for the tower and it still says that. It plays HL2 like nothing and handles Bioshock reasonably well so I never cared that much.
I did try to tweak some settings but I didn't get much improvement. I will try a drastically lower resolution next time.
