Its our council meetings. They want them broadcasted live. The system doing it is integrated with all of the different conference rooms/cameras/mics/tv's etc, so I am limited to what this device will dish out to me, which is a live rtsp stream. Its super powerful for archiving and encoding the saved videos to what-the-hell-ever we want, but when it comes to live streaming, its pretty limited.
We only have 3MB upload, and the council members are picky about quality, so......
