We started using SpiceWorks recently. I hope we will be able to push the HelpDesk system into production because we our current system is that there is no system.

I still haven't figured out how to allow it to scan Linux hosts. It appears to need root access, but I don't allow root access via SSH. I'm sure there is an obvious answer but I haven't invested any time into trying to find it yet.
