I actually just installed spiceworks the other day to check it out. We use everything HelpDesk for our ticket system, integrated with our groupwise and zenworks stuff very well.

So far I am liking it, not at open as Id like it to be, and I still like the simplicity and flexibility of nagios and its plugins... May try to use both.
