We generally use free open source stuff for pretty much everything.
I think we are using RT (I think thats the name anyways!) for our ticket tracker at work, I dunno if its lightweight but it seems to work pretty good for the large amount of data we have.
I work at an ISP so it tracks all our sales, tech support etc tickets.
