we just hired a new guy, so it's 3 games right now, but in general, yes. 4 of our own games, 2 producers working on 2 games each. 4-8 months dev time for each game, usually.
the producers and owner are the only ones who deal with the externally developed games, so the producers usually have 1 or 2 extra games being worked on by someone else that they just provide feedback on. They are also pre-designing the next games while we're developing the current ones.
Artists are all the place, and the producers fight over who gets what artist from day to day.
