There is no problem finding the programmer to do it. Risk has already said he'd be willing to update the code, make the game more user-friendly, etc.. The issue is just getting the source into his hands. If one of you would provide him with the code, we would be looking at WFA 3.6 with many ease-of-use features implemented, uniform weapon layouts for all classes, etc..
