Some of the stuff in WFA was coded by a nasa rocket scientist, some was coded by the unabomber, and some was coded by a corporate network guy from North Carolina.
I had my hands in the wfa source code at one point and got the hell out because it was scary shit, to work on a mod -- really work on one and produce one, you have to be incredibly determined, incredibly passionate -- like lock all the doors, turn out the lights and just code and research and code for months.
That's why I got into "community organizer/PR" guy for WFA... I realized quick I didn't have that kind of passion for coding. I'm more of a database programmer/admin than a software engineer at the end of the day.
