I think I play better D as well. If you're playing with a group that will use you on Offense then the O defender is TONS better than the Defensive or Tough Guy. If you're strictly going to defend then the Def guy is slightly better.
Similar technique for points on the offensive D guy but focus on slap shot.

Checking 90 (85+5)
Discipline 88 (85+3)
Acceleration 90 (85+5)

If your team manages to attack the zone and kicks it back to a defender with this setup the slapshots give some killer rebounds. |
