damn!!!! well... since he is stopping you from creating settlers.. you can pour funds into resourcing and building troops. dodging his attacks in the meantime. you could also make sure you have scouts. you could cranny up like crazy for now as well, but if he's that big, he will get cats sometime. it may buy you enough time to hoard up enough resources to generate defensive troops that his infantry will suicide on.
