on the page you have now, add another field for "AFK Time" or something, and then use the coordinates and speed that we already have entered? Then add a button next to that field that will load a new page that just looks like that list you have below the map? Filter out towns that are in BP or that have more than zero growth, then list them in order of closest to your required AFK time?
