I began work on the map this morning.

I have to freshen up on javascript/ajax and css before I can make it really cool/useful. Right now it's just displaying populations of those around you. I'll probably start color coding next, then work on a popup to display travel distance and time a 'copy village name' tool for quick attacks. I really with the database listed the tribe too...It's annoying not knowing if they're gaul.
the only link to travian I think will work is 'center on map'. They use some funky query string for the village details screen. I'll have to register on the forums and ask to see if it's possible to link.
Also, I might password the page and only put the user/pass in our allegiance forum. (I'll make an embassy today to join).
