I just tried to run WFA with Open Arena, the open source (or something is open about it anyway) version of q3 arena. Only tried cancer with it, but it seemed to work pretty well.
Only the models wouldn't load, since I guess those are still part of id software license?
Anybody know how hard/easy it would be just make a free version of WFA? free as in, give somebody a link to download a bunch of files legally and then play?
