You boyz forget that I have no life. I work from home and watch the news, both RL and financial, all day long. It was first reported on CNBC Squawk Box at least two weeks ago. I'm pretty sure that it was the CFO. There is another company, whose name has slipped my mind right now, that is going to make a move on Enron. Right now I believe the remaining board members are going to take the offer that this company makes. (Remember, board members too can go to jail over this mess.)
Wait till it all comes out, they are going to hang this guy up by his nuts. And none of that money is recoverable. It was sent to all those freakin' Canadian energy companies....
