Actually, California's "energy" crisis may have been orchistrated by the CEO or CFO of a company called Enron. The Feds are investigating but it seems he was manipulating the price/supply to line his pockets. I don't know how many billions it cost consumers out there but I think someone is going to go to jail over this...
