it has its strong points. Then at the same time it has its bad. Its all a matter of opinion. But generally speaking most people agree that suse sucks, slackware is outdated and not easily updated, corel is abandoned basically, turbo linux fills no niche.

Really, in linux, you either choose redhat/mandrake or debian. That is basically the only REAL choices you have for Linux. There are other distros that have specific purposes like router floppy distros etc, but for learning linux debian or redhat/mandrake are the best choices. No educated linux user would argue that.
