OK here is the crap I have to do for this.
Birth Certificate, Drivers License, Soc Sec Card (I currently don't have one), High school and college transcripts/degrees sent directly to the PD from the institution, Any place I have ever worked with dates, any place I have ever lived with dates, any place I ever went to school with dates, 4 page written autobiography of my life, anything about my financial life, typical legal and drug related questionaire, many additional pain in the butt questions, 6 professional references, addresses and relationship to all family members, and it has to be signed in the presence of a notary of public.
