I don't use one because I don't really need to be ergonomic with my window space with a wide screen 20" monitor. I wouldn't mind one though. I've seen ones which have your alt/shift/ctrl skills always on (actually is that an option? donno) and moved side by side instead of stacked. That would be nice possibly.
